Comments about Wine-tasting :
Ennobled by its breeding and the evolution in the time, the 1993 offers itself a dark golden dress, a mahogany, where get involved touches of cocoa, chocolate and balsamic. The mouth is rich, straight(right) on marks of crystallized citrus fruits, cocoa, with a beautiful sharpness(delicacy) of mutage. Perfect control(master's degree) of the breeding.

Dried fruits, dry goat cheeses, Roquefort, Blues(french cheese), Comté (french cheese), Catalan cream, ice creams, sherbets, tiramisu in strawberries, small duck spring rolls with orange, chocolates and cigars.
