Long fermentation and maceration time (3 weeks) including regular foot-treading
Bottling in december 2010

Comments about Wine-tasting :

Purple dress sinks. Compact nose, black fruits, mineral note(mark), spices. Round, ripe(mature), enriched, powerful mouth, where spices express themselves without restraint. Finale closes coated with freshness, frank, a rustic mere nothing.

Food pairings :

Meat stews, couscous, spicy cooking(kitchen), oriental cooking(kitchen) - Vietnamese, lamb, eggplant in the Parmesan cheese, the moussaka, the lamb, the brochettes(bunches) of poultry, rabbit in olives, quails or roasted ducklings, terrine of chicken livers.
